Personality Questionnaire 16pf

The 16pf (16 Personality Factors) questionnaire is a personality assessment tool that provides a complete picture of the whole individual, unlike other personality tests that assess only the individual's work situation. Acquired by PSI in 2017, it was created by Raymond Cattell, a statistician who was involved in the creation of the Big Five among others.

Incorporating the 16pf into Your Company

To integrate the 16pf into a company, it is necessary to complete a 2-day training course to learn how to use and interpret this test in the recruitment process.
